IIJ Global Announces Executive Appointments

TOKYO - March 24, 2026 - IIJ Global Solutions Inc. (“IIJ Global”), Internet Initiative Japan Inc. (“IIJ”, TSE Prime: 3774)'s 100% owned subsidiary, today announced the following executive appointments, as resolved at the Board of Directors meeting held on March 24, 2026.

Changes in Representative Directors and appointments of Directors are scheduled to be determined at the 16th Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders to be held on June 25, 2026, and at the Board of Directors meeting to be held on the same day.
