IIJ Global Honored by Sophos with Japan Partner of the Year Award 2026
The third consecutive year, and fourth overall, to be awarded by Sophos

TOKYO – June 10, 2026 - IIJ Global Solutions Inc. ("IIJ Global"), Internet Initiative Japan Inc. ("IIJ", TSE Prime: 3774)'s 100% owned subsidiary providing SASE and other network security solutions to enterprises globally, today announced that it has received the Japan Partner of the Year Award 2026 at the Sophos APJ Partner 100 partner event held by Sophos Ltd. in May 2026.

This award is given to partner companies that have made major contributions in the provision and sales of Sophos products and solutions. IIJ Global was highly recognized for its efforts to strengthen customer security through Managed Detection and Response (MDR)* and other innovative cybersecurity solutions of Sophos, for its many exceptional achievements, and for its commitment to cybersecurity. This marks the third consecutive year to be awarded by Sophos, and the fourth time overall.

* Managed Detection and Response (MDR): A comprehensive support service combining technology and human security experts to monitor, detect, and analyze cyberattack threats in a company’s IT environment and respond to those threats.
