IIJ Global Announces Appointments of Directors, Executive Officers and Company Auditor

TOKYO - March 27, 2024 - IIJ Global Solutions Inc. ("IIJ Global"), Internet Initiative Japan Inc. ("IIJ", TSE Prime: 3774)'s 100% owned subsidiary, today announced, resolved to select the candidates for new directors, executive officers and company auditor at the Board of Directors Meeting held on March 26, 2024. The appointments of directors and company auditor are subjected to approval at the 14th Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders scheduled to be held on June 26, 2024.
